The A-One Shoes in Agana looks inviting from the outside. The customer service however is seriously lacking. The cashier was very rude and lazy. Every shoe that my wife and I asked for was “all out”. How is that even possible. She didn’t even know the difference with a steel toe and a regular boot. All the items that she said were “all out” the other worker brought out from the back. We took our money with us and left to spend it at the neighboring store S M Mart. We spent almost $300 at the neighboring store, that is how much A-One lost from loosing us as customers. If that lady is there everyday, how much do you think A-One will loose everyday?
I drop by to A-One before I went back to the Philippines hoping that I can get a good fit shoes for me. One of their staff went her way to help me all through out. I ended having not just one but two pairs of shoes that greatly fits me. I am so happy!
