Do not go here to spend a single dollar!!!!!
Terrible customer service!!!!!
They chase you out threatening to call the cops when you ask for a refund!!!!
I purchased a Benjamin air rifle from these people about 5 days later the scope went bad cross hair is completely out of allignment. Called the store they told me to call Crossman I did. Was emailed intstructions apparently Champion has there own process so info from USA Crossman was wrong. Store manager has a short fuse and really did’t seem to want to help. I contacted Crossman rep for Guam got completely different answer said they would contact Champion to resolve my issue. I have never had to go through so much just to exchange a deffective product.
This store does not have a clue about customer service!
This store has some ridiculous prices you will ever see.
This place is the worst in customer service, some of the employees are okay and some are just so rude, never gonna come back again.
The employees and managers there are full of [edited]. I can tell they judge people by their appearance. The way they look or how they dress in a certain way. The sales representatives will only talk to you if they think you have a lot of money. I [edited] hate this store. Same goes for MicroPac, Hornet, and Sears.
I need an address for this business.
Ok. I’m having to retract my previous review for this place. Although the employees are still really helpfull the owner of this place is a total Jerk. After about 2 months or so of me going there about 3-4 times a week and getting good service, I ended up buying an item that was faulty. I brought it back for exchange (good thing I had the receipt for it) and they did, but they acted like I was the one who broke it, but that was ok the deal was done and they replaced it.
Like 3 days later I go in and purchase another item for use that same day. Right when I went to use the item it broke also (go figure). So I take it back the next day with box and with the receipt again and the owner started to act rude and raise his voice at me for no reason and accuse me of damaging the product on purpose and that I was trying to abuse the store. I tried to reason with him and let him know that I wasn’t trying to be difficult that all I wanted was for the product to be replaced and that just set him off even worse and he got even more rude with me.
So yes I have to agree that the owner has no basic customer or business skills at all and that if it wasnt for his few employees he would have been out of business a long time ago. (sad part is that I was actually going to apply for a job there cause all the guys that work there were really good people, but leave it to an ignorant person to [REMOVED BY ADMIN] it up for all of them.
In conclusion if you read this I might think twice about going there. Because even if they treat you nice for a bit, one day if its your bad luck you will end up buying some bad product from them and it’s just going to piss you off. Not because of the employees, but because the owner [REMOVED BY ADMIN].
I don’t know what those other guys were talking about but my experience there was pretty good. Yes it’s crowded inside, but the employees there were freaking awesome. Very polite n helpful w good knowledge of what they were doing… I give them a thumbs up.
This is a small local owned business and it greatly disappoints.
The store is completely a health hazard with no room to really move. Everything is all over the place and the owner is no professional with no knowledge with basic business ethics.
I have a friend who went on a job interview for a part time position and was told the owner Robert Pangalinan had so much demand for employment it was ridiculous. The wanted him to work on both location and that the company is NOT liable for anything and that the employee is liable for everything.
They demanded for people to be evaluated before being hired by scheduling ‘on your own time’ in-store training. The training consist of someone telling you new information about a certain sport category for 20 minutes then testing you right after like it was supposed to have learned everything by then.
After hearing all this from my good friend I am totally no longer going near this place.
This store has always been poor and I am surprised they people are still around. If you want to professional services and if you don’t want to find yourself stumbling on a store that looked like it got hit by a tornado then go to any other local sporting good store.
