HotProfile™: Ross

I went to Ross today and was totally dissatisfied with my cashier’s service. Cecelia’s service to be exact. Right when I got to her station, she practically grabbed my basket from me. I understand she wanted to be quick, but what followed ruined her “good intention”. After I placed my basket on the counter, I reached for my return items in my purse, and placed it on the counter beside my basket. She stopped and gave me a bad look, and asked in really sour manner, “That’s for a return?” I told her yes, and that I would like a cash refund. She gave a loud sigh and yelled for her supervisor to clear her transaction 2 cashier’s away. Rude. When her super got to her, she bluntly said, “I need to start again because she wants to make a return now and she didn’t tell me right away.” (Maybe if you gave me a SECOND, I could have.) She had this bad mood throughout my entire time with her and although I never said a word, I will definitely be monitoring her service every time I see her. Additionally, after her supervisor told her that the transaction would still go through even if she did my return after she rung up my items, she gave me a store voucher instead of cash – I wanted a CASH REFUND. I was so fed up with her that I did not bother to waste another moment with her. I can’t wait ’til I deal with her again because next time, I WILL definitely give her a piece of my mind.

I love Ross. They have great selection of clothes for the whole family. Their place is nice which is very spacious and have very cheap items to choose from.

I was sure glad when Ross finally made it to Guam. Where have you been all my life!
