A website would be helpful.
I never have a problem when I go there. If I am looking for a specific book, they are always very helpful. I enjoy going to the cafe and read.
The Bestseller branch at Guam Premier Outlet changed its location, and it’s actually ten times smaller than it used to be, but it still has the cafe. Nothing to complain about regarding service, except that sometimes it way too slow. Most of the employees are young workers and they are always chatting behind the counter before they check you out.
It’s no different in Micronesia Mall; service really depends on which employees are taking what shifts, because some of them are so slow and dead while others are enthusiastic and quick.
Really, I don’t care about that because I go in, get my books, then I go out. But we really do need a lot more bookstores.
You guys really need to make a website for your stores.
The service at the Micronesia mall sucks. ABSOLUTELY SUCKS. There would be 3 people standing in front of a computer by the check out counter and i hate to wate 5 minutes before anyone noticed me.
Another time some girl was texting on her phone while i was checking out.
The service workers are supposed to have a deferential to the customers and not their cell phone or facebook accounts. I find it ridiculous that i would have to raise my voice just to get some service at the micronesia mall.
No complaints about the employees at the Guam Premier Outlet branch.
Bestseller at GPO is actually pretty big. I’m sure its the biggest Bestseller Guam store. I like to just chill out there, and have a coffee at the cafe, while I peruse the selection.
Sometimes I prefer touching, feeling, and perusing a book before buying it, which is why I think real bookstores will always be around despite Amazon.com
