Underground Dungeon is located in Barrigada near the Guam Tax & DMV building. Driving towards Dededo, you pass Barrigada Heights, and Underground Dungeon Guam is immediately on your right.
They are one of Guam’s few party stores, specializing in selling Halloween costumes, party favors, and gag gifts.
This store is no longer located in the Barrigada Heights area. They moved down the hill going towards the Micronesia Mall. It is at 1807 Route 16 Army Drive. They still have the same number though

why is this place called THE DUNGEON if its a kiddie Halloween costume store? With that name,I would expect S&M products like serious adult items or is this the usual Guam store where adult stuff is near the kids stuff so its a whole family experience like a gun store next to a strip club where Japanese take their kids to the gun club and they have to walk by titties? Very strange but every culture is different, I guess.

I just experienced the worst customer service ever over the phone. I called inquiring about returning some items I bought less than an hour and was transferred to the store manager. I was informed about their no return, no exchange policy that I only learned about after reading it on their store receipt. There are no signs anywhere in the store advertising this. He said because I did not pay in cash but with a debit card, I would only be able to exchange the items for store credit because he closes his machine at the end of the month. I asked for any other solution which he said he did not have. I voiced my frustration over this policy and he proceeded to tell me not to shop at his store then. My response was one of surprise like that’s really the only answer you can give your customer. He then hung up on me as I was telling him that I will be sure to relay that message to anyone who asks how Underground Dungeon. So be informed they do not do returns or exchanges especially if you do not pay with cash. If you have the time and are not desperate, I would recommend ordering from Oriental Trading which is basically where Underground Dungeon orders their products. What they really need to sell is better consideration, helpful assistance, and accomodating customer service.

For anyone looking for anything party related, Halloween or theme costumes then The Dungeon is the authority and place to shop on Guam. Trust me, this store has it all and definitely the one stop store that beats every other party supply store on island. Been there several times to shop for my office party and daughter’s b-day and I always came out with the items I wanted to buy and more. Great to have this store on Guam as it is fully stocked with items I expect to see in the mainland party stores.

Shipping halloween decor to Guam is almost impossible so thank God for the Dungeon. You will be seeing alot of us here shortly, for ALL of our Halloween needs!!
