I placed an order for around two dozen shirts with a custom design on the back with a deadline of around 6 weeks. The instructions, images, and a rough draft example were sent to the company . Through the next five and a half weeks many emails and phone calls were made with detailed instructions on common sense details like, the text should face the same direction, and the text should be in the same place as the example, etc, etc. In the end the shirts were completed the night before they we absolutely needed but was missing one shirt. The company was told about the missing shirt but nothing has been done about it in the last month and a half despite multiple emails and calls.

The good stuff-they worked overtime to meet the deadline (which didn’t seem overly necessary), they were delivered as the store was closed at completion, and the shirts that were done seemed to be in good quality.

Overall, I’d say the company is capable of simple kids sports uniforms or organizational shirts at best; detail and updates seems to be a hindrance to the process.
